Project Manager
Position Description:
Company representative responsible for profitably managing all administrative and technical aspects of the project. Supervises all activities related to procurement, scheduling, change order management, contract administration, submittals, and constructability analysis. Required to manage one to three projects depending on the size or manage several smaller projects.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively with the owner, architect, designer, and other project team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Industry related college degree or equivalent experience required with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a project manager in high end residential and commercial construction.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Project, SureTrak, Excel, Outlook, Word, Viewpoint Construction Software, and Prolog a plus.
