The PGA National Resort and Spa has been a staple for Golf and Resort Style accommodations since the early 80’s. Home to 5 championship caliber golf courses and the 2008 4 Diamond award, the resort was in need of a face lift for the new ownership. Our team was brought on in the preparation of the 2008 Honda Classic PGA Tour Event. We ensured that their Members Clubhouse, which would house PGA Tour Players, would be ready for the tournament.
The 18,000 square foot interior remodel as well as the 10,000 square foot exterior face lift was completed in 4 months with time to spare for the PGA Tour to setup their event. This first task opened the door for the remainder of the renovations in the Resort building itself. The 50,000 square feet of meeting space, completed in 12 weeks, accompanies a main lobby and pool area that has dramatically changed the face of the resort and brought it to the forefront of golfing resorts and Business accommodations in the area. We accomplished all of these projects without disrupting the Resort and any of its guests. Working in partnership with our clients is of upmost importance to us.
