Interior remodels have been a staple of Palm Beach Construction for decades.

When we were asked to renovate a penthouse at the exclusive Breakers Row North, we jumped at the chance. The apartment desperately needed an update from the previous 1980's décor it had upon purchase. Working with Bruce Bierman and his design team, Woolems transformed the tight and boxed in apartment into an open and flowing living space. Views of the beach, the Breakers Golf Club and the historic Post Office allow everyone to really dive into the culture of Palm Beach.

Our attention to detail and the bold approach by the design team to the interior architecture helped to provide openness coupled with the need for privacy. The bamboo and wall paneling throughout provided not only walls, but doors, as panels became concealed doors with hidden areas to explore. The openness allowed for more light, more views and more of Palm Beach to penetrate the interior atmosphere. The modern features of the layout and throw back profiles, fabrics and details bring about the laid back feeling of the islands, while keeping with the traditional aspects of an atlantic coast beach cottage.
